Are you wondering how you might increase the number of new students choosing your institution? Or are you concerned that the operation of marketing and recruiting students may not be as efficient or effective as it might be?
In either case, TFA can help by conducting a Recruitment Assessment.

Here’s how it works

1. During a conversation about your campus and issues related to new student enrollment, we customize a list of materials for you to send TFA to help prepare for an effective on-site consultation. We also discuss your situation and what meetings will be most helpful in understanding the current and desired state of enrollment and develop an itinerary;
2. An experienced, successful consultant conducts an on-site day of meetings with staff, administrators, faculty, and students;
3. On the second morning on campus, your consultant leads a discussion through a campus-customized PowerPoint exit presentation that includes:
• Five top priority recommendations for action that will have the greatest impact on new student enrollment;
• Additional recommendations for immediate impact; and
• Suggested realistic goals.
4. Your consultant spends 15 minutes talking about how your campus and TFA might work together to achieve your new student and revenue goals;
5. You receive the slide presentation to begin work on the recommendations immediately; and
6. TFA sends you– within ten business days–a written executive summary and proposal for a customized partnership, with specific services that are right for your campus.

11:30 a.m.	Brief proposal of a highly customized partnership between your institution and TFA to achieve your enrollment goals
11:45a.m.	Debrief with Contact
Noon	Depart campus

Materials and Institutional Data

The following institutional information, when available, will be reviewed prior to the campus visit to assist in understanding the campus culture, strengths, and challenges.  Don’t worry—no campus ever has all the requested materials.
Please forward—either electronically, or hard copies—pertinent information that may not be readily available on your Website. Some suggested materials are listed below.

• Academic and demographic profile of student body
• Recent institutional self-study reports
• Short/long-term planning recommendations
• Marketing/admissions material, communications schedule and sample letters for prospective and admitted student communications
• Enrollment projection reports
• Financial aid awarding tables or criteria
• Student satisfaction/opinion surveys and other reports
• Organizational charts
• Any other documents or reports that will provide insights that you think will be helpful to your consultant
• Institutional Factbook

And most importantly, please return the Institutional Data Worksheet that will be e-mailed to you.
