| "Teresa has helped us to intervene in a long-standing problem: the W/D-F rate in calculus courses. Watching her address the issue of student learning with a group of faculty who saw the rate as resulting primarily from poorly-trained and unmotivated students has been inspiring. The faculty are meeting and planning together for the first time in recent memory.
