Mr. Bell’s primary responsibilities with TFA include applying his statistical training and expertise to support analytic services designed to improve enrollment management practices.
The founder of Target Enrollment Group, LLC, Mr. Bell was also the co-founder and former chief statistician of JumpStart Point of Arrival, LLC. Before Bryan initiated his own business ventures, he served as a statistician within the credit management team at The Columbia House Company. There he was responsible for applying data mining techniques to develop and maintain fraud detection and constructing predictive models to acquire, retain, and cultivate customers, all while minimizing company risk. He also was responsible for providing statistical support and business intelligence across all business functions. Prior to this, Mr. Bell served as a statistical consultant supporting the operations of Maple Leaf Farms in northern Indiana. In addition to providing statistical support for research, development, and human resource efforts, he also conducted statistical training sessions and regularly lectured at company-sponsored workshops and seminars.
Mr. Bell earned a Master of Science in Statistics from Miami University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Franklin College. He is a member of the American Statistical Association and the Pi Mu Epsilon Mathematics Society.
