Jennifer currently serves as TFA’s Vice President of Marketing & Research. Her academic background includes education, psychology, marketing, natural resources, and veterinary medicine. Past research in these areas includes topics such as college students’ career decision-making processes, graduate student satisfaction, psychological treatments and their outcomes, customer loyalty to tourism providers, and alternative approaches to large-scale planning initiatives. During her tenure at University of Idaho, she co-taught two courses on leadership and management. She was also active in the Graduate Student and Professional Association, serving both as a Senator and as the organization’s Director of Social Science Research. Before coming to TFA, Jennifer completed a post-doctoral appointment for the United States Forest Service, researching applications of social science to land management issues. Her publication record includes articles in peer-reviewed, technical journals as well as non-technical, managerial pieces for in-house outlets. Moreover, she has served as a consultant to adventure tourism businesses, providing suggestions on how to cultivate customer loyalty.
