Ray DiPasquale brings to clients an extensive background in successful college leadership at public institutions. He currently serves as President of the Community College of Rhode Island, the largest community college in New England. Previously, he served as Vice President for Enrollment Management & Student Affairs at SUNY College at Brockport. In his eight years there, the college increased freshman applications 50 percent, taking SUNY Brockport to the highest application rate in the New York system; increased the profile of the freshman class to the best in 20 years; and developed and implemented a comprehensive marketing and public relations strategy for the College. Prior to that he was Vice President of Enrollment Management/Student Affairs at Springfield Technical and Community College, the largest and most comprehensive community college in Massachusetts. The institution, which has received 12 NSF grants, is nationally known for leadership in technology education.
