Student profiling creates comprehensive descriptions of your adult learner population, detailing their geographic, academic, demographic, and financial characteristics. To create these descriptions, data are meticulously gathered from your institution’s databases. TFA spearheads that process, figuring out where information about your adult learners may be housed—as it is frequently de-centralized—and collecting and streamlining data in a fashion that makes them easy to understand and use.
After gathering that information, TFA takes external data sources (e.g., U.S. Census data, American community survey data) and amalgamates all existing information into a cohesive summary of your current adult student body. This enables us to build student profiles that are based on both internal and external information. As a benefit of TFA’s in-depth profiling process, your institution is able to more efficiently and effectively select marketing strategies that maximize response rates and better manage your enrolled adults. |
